With the much anticipated announcement of this year's Carnegie and Greenaway short lists today, the wait is finally over! Across the shortlists there are four former winners, and themes of freedom and hope predominate.
It is an interesting list with some surprises - we are very much looking forward to reading the Carnegie books with the EPHS CKG Shadowing Group. Books from both short lists are available to borrow from the EPHS Libraries.
