YA Book Prize 2022 - Winner Announced!

The winner of this year’s Bookseller YA Book Prize is Hani and Ishu’s Guide to Fake Dating by Adiba Jaigirdar, an LGBTQ+ rom-com about two very different Bengali girls.

Summer Reading - audio books

We hope that you are enjoying the Summer break and are finding time to relax and enjoy a good book. If reading is not your thing, why not try listening to an audio book instead?  Audio books offer you all the benefits of reading without the need to focus on the written page.

Your local public library allows you to borrow audio books for free for up to two weeks via the Overdrive website or Libby App.  They have a great collection of YA and children’s books available to borrow now. If you are not already a member of the Library, you can join online or visit your local public library.

You can also listen to abridged or shortened audio books on BBC Sounds.
