Awesome AuthorFest - Sally Gardner Virtual Visit

We are delighted to announce that our Year 8 students will have the opportunity to see Carnegie Medal winning author, Sally Gardner, as part of our World Book Day week celebrations.  Sally will talk about her books, her experiences as a dyslexic pupil at school and how they've shaped her as a writer.

This event has been organised by Authors Aloud UK as part of their Awesome AuthorFest and will be delivered as a webinar via Zoom.  There will also be an opportunity for students to buy a signed copy of her book, Invisible in a Bright light by following this link - https://spaldingbooks.square.site/.
